Existing water wells registration service for commercial and industrial use
Steps
Register as a customer (If not registered)
Customer applies the electronic service with all required documents.
Checking the validity of the attached documents
Inspecting the site and submitting the inspection report.
Checking the application and making technical notes. If the application is rejected, you will be notified. If the application is approved, a text message will be sent to pay the environmental fees.
Issuing a environmental license for the possession of an existing well
Required Documents
A copy of the valid trade license for the company (well owner).
A copy of the valid environmental license for the company (well owner)
A copy of the valid site map for the company (well owner)
Copy of groundwater quality report from approved Laboratory.
Assessment Report for existing water well from approved third party
List of valid vehicles registered by the Traffic and Licensing Department.
Etihad WE document proving the absence of water connection to the location

Terms of Service
Please note that the Fujairah Environment Authority has no objection to allow the facility to use the water well according to the above-mentioned data
The facility must comply with all regulations and systems related to possessing a water well
It is imperative to obtain a prior and written approval from the regulatory authority and secure necessary permits before commencing any modification, change, deepening, cleaning, or maintenance operations on the well
The facility must renew its environmental license for the possession of an existing well on an annual basis
The facility must pay monthly fees based on its consumption of water derived from the well
The facility is required to conduct a periodic analysis of the quality of the groundwater used on an annual basis
This certificate is considered invalid in case the professional license expires and is not renewed or in case the activity is canceled
