About Service
A service that allows contractors to drain ground or surface water from construction sites, which is necessary for building foundations. These permits are issued within a certain period of time in the environmental permit.
Steps
The client submits an official request to carry out the displacement process, with the required documents attached
The inspector inspects and audits the site and prepares a report on the environmental situation
The submitted data is checked and the inspection report is reviewed by the competent engineer to give a decision on the process
In the event of approval, the customer pays the approved fees and is given an environmental permit
In the event of any observations, the customer shall consult the competent engineer to discuss the proposed solutions
Required Documents
- A formal request to carry out the operation.
Copy of building permit or/environmental permit
A copy of the valid commercial license of the main contractor.
copy of the valid contract between the contractor and the project owner.
Dewatering Schedule
Analysis report of water displaced from the site.
Layout for groundwater displacement (De-watering) approved from the authorized person of (the planning department in the municipality, port , FOIZ based on location of the project ), in which it shows the extensions from the starting point to the point of discharge
Terms of Service
All contractor licensed in Fujairah.
Project has (Environmental License for establish a project) if dewatering works from nonresident project .
