About Service
It is a permit granted to possess a diesel tank to supply fuel to the facility's vehicles or power generators.
Steps
1. Customer filling out the online application form correctly and upload all required documents.
2. Customer service officer reviews the application, confirms that all the correct documents are attached, and request for any missing documents from the applicant, if applicable.
3. Customer service officer forwards the service to the environmental inspectors.
4. The inspector will visit the customer site, review the submitted application and documents, and prepare the inspection report with photo evidence in the system.
5. The environmental specialist will review the submitted reports, place comments, recommendations, and forward the application to section head for final approval.
6. In case of pre-approval, the application will be forwarded to the environmental planning and studies division to set the bund area dimensions, and the application is sent back to environmental specialist.
7. The environmental specialist will forward the application to head of Sustainable Development Division for a secondary review and approval.
8. The environmental specialist will prepare undertaking with the bund area dimensions and any other requirements, and forward the application to the customer service officer to determine the service fees and notify the customer.
9. The customer pays the specified environmental fees online or at the cashier.
10. The permit to own a diesel tank is issued after fulfilling the bund area requirement.

Terms of Service
1. The petroleum supplier had a valid petroleum product trading permit from the licensing emirate.
2. The petroleum supplier had a valid environmental approval from Fujairah Environmental authorizes.
3. A certificate of approve petroleum product from the Emirates Authority for Standardization and Metrology for the supplier.
4. The companies that work in transport, contracting, industry, warehouse, crusher or labor camp only allow to it to applying in this serve.
5. The allowable companies must be proven that there is no electricity service connected to the site, if used for power generator.
6. The allowable companies should have at least 10 vehicles on the trade license of the facility.
7. The allowable companies should use diesel for own vehicles, forklift or power generator as mention on the approved permit details.
8. The maximum allowed diesel storage capacity for crusher shall be no more than 20000 gallons for the purpose of powering the own vehicles, above this capacity fees will apply and must be no more than 10,000 gallons.
9. The maximum allowed diesel storage capacity for remaining allowable companies shall be no more than 10,000 gallons for the purpose of powering the own vehicles.
10. The maximum allowed diesel storage capacity for remaining allowable companies shall be no more than 4,000 gallons for the purpose of power generator, above this capacity fees will apply as vehicles fees and shall be no more than 10,000 gallons.
11. The height of the diesel tank should not be significantly higher than the wall of the facility.
