About Service
Approval of the environmental impact assessment study is one of the requirements for obtaining a license to establish all categories of projects that require an environmental impact assessment study according to Federal Law 1999-24.
Steps
The client submits all the technical data of the project to the customer service counter Fujairah Environment Authority through an approved environmental consultancy company
The transaction is forwarded to the concerned department to review the submitted data and issue technical decision.

the project has a significant or medium impact on the environment, i.e. within the yellow or red categories according to the approved classification of Fujairah Environment Authority and according to the provisions of Federal Law No. 24 of 1999 and its amendments regarding the protection and development of the environment
